How long will I wait for the results?

Our therapist (TCM practitioner) will assess your health based on the information you provide when completing the Health TEST. The test results will be processed and sent to your email within 1–5 business days. Diagnosis will be conducted through questioning and (depends on a test) analysis of a tongue photo. (To ensure accuracy, it is important to complete all fields in the test!)

Do I need to stop taking my supplements or medications before the test?

No, you should not discontinue any of your current medications or supplements. Instead, make sure to include a history of medications and supplements in any questionnaires that may be part of your test kit. Note that some test kits do not include questionnaires, so a medication history is not required for those tests. How long does the testing process take?

Once your order is complete, your completed test will be sent to a qualified physician. As soon as all the necessary details for an accurate diagnosis of your health condition are received, the physician will begin processing the diagnosis. Results are typically delivered within 5 business days.
